Our Story
Founded in Finland in 2023, our company was born from a simple insight:
Very few companies operating in the capital goods business are able to make use of their installed base data to drive aftermarket sales.
This realization grew through years of hands-on work in PLM, R&D, and master data projects.
Again and again, we saw the same pattern: delivered product data ends up scattered across disconnected systems and is used only reactively, if at all.
In 2023, we launched a study involving 17 capital goods companies across Europe to understand what stood in the way.
The findings showed while businesses recognized the potential, they lacked the tools, processes and visibility to exploit installed base data commercially. And despite the prevalence of the problem, no ready-made solution existed on the market.
That research became the catalyst. Two companies, Krios and Intuitio joined forces to build a solution.
We prototyped, tested, and refined it with real customers.
The outcome is Clientry: a Salesforce add-on purpose-built to help companies turn their installed base into profit.
